Diamond Floor Sawing in London and Kent Areas

Typically used to cut horizontal flat surfaces such as concrete slabs, roads, bridge decks and car parks to facilitate the removal of structural sections or to form expansion joints.

Floor saws are self propelled. An operator walks behind the machine controlling the speed and depth of cutting.

Diesel or electrically powered machines can be used to cut depths of up to 600mm.

Diamond Wall (Track) Sawing

Wall sawing is often used to form door and window openings. A track mounted saw with a diamond blade provides precision cuts in concrete walls or inclined surfaces. The track is attached to the surface and guides the saw blade very quickly and accurately through the concrete.
Track sawing equipment can also be used to cut horizontal surfaces if limited access prevents the use of floor saws.
This method can be used to cut up to 1000mm deep.

Diamond Wire Sawing

Wire sawing is used for removing large sections of concrete where the depth of the concrete prevents the use of other sawing techniques. A multi-stranded diamond wire is fed at high speed across the concrete through a series of pulleys, driven by a powerful drive wheel.

Hand Held Sawing

A wide variety of hand held sawing devices are available. Typically these are used to cut out openings in brickwork and blockwork.
